WHAT IS THE ACADEMY?

The Academy is a development programme aimed at 16-18-year-olds, with the ambition of providing a pathway to the highest level of rugby.

Acting as an incubator for talented young athletes, with the aim of graduating into our Southern Conference League side and beyond to the professional game via our partnerships with professional clubs.

The Academy will offer;

The Academy will launch in early 2024 and be based in North Hertfordshire.
